KINGPIN: set up dedicated server for qtracker

When you set up a server it will no longer show up in any server lists because gamespy is shut down and that's where Kingpin would send its heartbeat to per default.

You can (and should ) have your server send its heartbeat to QTracker instead, as that's what the community is using nowadays.

To do that, add the following line to the server.cfg file in your game directory (e.g. comp for Monkey CDS):

setmaster gsm.qtracker.com

When you start the server, it will show up in qtracker.
It will automatically show up in my servers list as well:
